Day 1

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 apple and a bowl of whole-grain cereals with low fat milk.
Lunch: 1 apple, and green salad with lemon and apple cider vinegar dressing.
Dinner: 3-4 Apples.
Day 4
Breakfast: 1 apple, one slice of whole-grain toast and a boiled egg.
Lunch: 1 apple, fresh vegetables, and chicken breast.
Dinner: 3-4 Apples.
Day 5
Breakfast: 1 apple, one piece of whole-grain toast and a slice of low-fat turkey bacon
Lunch: 1 apple and veggies soup with chicken breast.
Dinner: 3-4 Apples.
The apple diet plan consists of mainly available, affordable and healthy ingredients.
Tips
Make sure to drink enough water during the day, especially before meals, it will help you prevent constipation and eat less.
While this diet is rich in nutrients, the low calories intake might have some side effects especially at the beginning such as dizziness and headaches.
After the 5th day you might experience a big urge to eat more, try your best to control it and higher up your calories intake progressively.
If you find it hard to lower your calories intake this much, try to help lose more calories with exercising.
