Fat Burning Drinks




BODY FAT BURNING DRINK :

Ingredients:

A lemon. Cup water. 

  • ½ Tablespoon of ground cinnamon. 

  • ½ Tablespoon of ground ginger. 

  • ½ Tablespoon of ground cumin.

Method of preparation and how to use:

  1. Put in a small kettle a cup of water, then add cinnamon and cumin to the water. Stir well, then add ground cinnamon. 

  2. Put the mixture on low heat, and leave the ingredients until they are homogeneous with each other. 

  3. After putting the drink on low heat, the mixture must be left on the fire until the liquid boils.

  4. Put the syrup in a glass, and add lemon juice to it.




DRINK TO BURN BELLY FAT :

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber. 

  • A bunch of parsley or coriander. 

  • A lemon.

  • 1 Tablespoon of grated ginger. 

  • 1 Tablespoon of aloe vera juice. 

  • ½ Cup of water.

Method of preparation and how to use:

  1. Put all the ingredients in an electric mixer, and leave them until they become liquid. 

  2. Put the juice from all the previous ingredients in a cup and drink it before bed.




GINGER TEA DRINK :

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of ginger. 

  • 1 Fresh lemon. 

  • 1 Tablespoon of honey.

  • 4 Cups of water.

Method of preparation and how to use:

  1. Boil water in a jug for a few minutes. 

  2. Add ginger to hot water. 

  3. Leave the ginger on low heat for 10 minutes. 

  4. Remove the staples from the gas. 

  5. Add fresh lemon juice and honey to it. 

  6. Drink the mixture daily in the morning.




LEMON TEA WITH REFRESHING MINT DRINK :

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of fresh mint leaves. 

  • A quarter of a lemon, cut into slices. 

  • 1.50 liters of water.

Method of preparation and how to use:

Wrap fresh mint leaves in a piece of cheesecloth and tie tightly. 

Add the rolled mint leaves and the lemon slices to a bowl. 

Add water until the bowl is full of boiling water. 

Leave the drink for 30 minutes before drinking.
