  • Avoid using an electric hair dryer on damp hair, it is preferable to leave hair to dry naturally first.

  • Lubricate your hair regularly, to care for it and to increase hair growth, using coconut oil, olive oil, or almond oil.

  • Cut and condition hair regularly, to help grow and strengthen the hair, it is recommended to trim the ends every 6 or 8 weeks.

  • Comb the hair in the morning and before bed, the combing process distributes natural oils evenly to the parts of the hair and thus gives it a shiny and smooth look.

  • Use an appropriate conditioner. The conditioner makes the hair softer and shinier.

  • Avoid using hair dyes and colourants, as they damage the hair. Chemicals in general are harmful to the hair, so in case you want to dye your hair, it is recommended to use natural dyes.

  • Coconut Oil 

Coconut oil is a natural alternative for the conditioner.

Ingredients: 

  • A quantity of coconut oil.

How to prepare: 

Heat a little bit of coconut oil, place it on the hair and leave it for 45 minutes, then wash your hair with shampoo.

  • Avocado 




Avocado is used to moisturize the hair because it contains protein and vitamin E.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Piece of avocado ripe and pureed. 

  • 1 Tablespoon of jojoba oil. 

  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.

  • 1 Tablespoon of yogurt. 

How to prepare: 

  1. Mix the ingredients well, apply the mixture to the hair and cover it with shower cap. 

  2. Leave the mixture on the hair for an hour, then wash it with warm water.

  • Lemon

Lemon treats dandruff, relieves itch, balances the PH level in the scalp and increases hair growth.

  • Lemon juice. 

  • A glass of water.

  1. Wash the hair with shampoo. 

  2. Mix the lemon juice with water and rinse the hair with the solution.

  3. Leave it for 5 minutes, then wash it with water.

  4. Repeat the recipe once or twice a week.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar 




Apple cider vinegar is used to add softness and shine to the hair, and to restore the PH level of the scalp.

Ingredients: 

  • ¼ Cup of apple cider vinegar. 

  • 2 Cups of water. 

Method: 

  1. Wash your hair with shampoo. 

  2. Mix cider vinegar and water then rinse the hair with the mixture while massaging the scalp. 

  3. Leave it on the hair for 5 minutes, then wash it with cold water. 

  4. Repeat the recipe once a week.

  • Oatmeal 

Oatmeal is useful for oily hair, as it is used as a dry shampoo for it.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup of oatmeal powder.

  • ½ Cup of baking soda. 

How to prepare: 

  1. Mix the ingredients well and store them in an empty, clean powder case. 

  2. Sprinkle a little of this recipe on oily hair and then comb the hair.
