Treating Dark Circles With Home Recipes

  • Aloe Vera For Dark Circles

Aloe Vera Gel soothes and calms the skin, its nourishing properties help reduce pigmentation under the eyes and make the skin healthier.


  • Fresh Aloe Vera Gel.

Method of preparation and use:

  1. Place the gel under the eyes with a light massage for several seconds, then leave it for 10-12 minutes.
  2. After that remove it by passing a piece of cotton on it.
  3. Repeat this recipe twice daily once during the day and the other before bed.


  • Cucumber

The cucumber has properties that help treat dark circles under the eyes, in addition to lightening them, increasing blood flow and reducing bloating.


  • 1 Cucumber.

Method of preparation and use:

  1. Cut the cucumber into thick slices and place them in the refrigerator for few minutes, then put one slice over each eye for 10-15 minutes, after that wash the area with lukewarm water, and repeat this recipe twice a day for a week.
  2. Ground the cucumber to extract juice from it, then put it in the refrigerator for few minutes, after that soak a cotton piece in the juice and place it under the eyes, then leave it for 15 minutes until it is absorbed by the skin, wash the face with lukewarm water.

Repeat this recipe twice a day for a week to obtain the desired results.

  • Potatoes

Potatoes have bleaching properties that help relieve dark circles under the eyes as well as get rid of puffiness.


  • 2 Potatoes.

Method of preparation and use:

  1. Let the potatoes cool in the refrigerator for an hour, then peel and ground them to extract juice from them.
  2. Immerse a cotton swab in the juice and place it around the eyes before bed, and leave it for a full night, the next morning wash the area with warm water.
  3. Repeat this every day for a week or more to reach the desired results.

  • Rose Water

Rose water helps to regenerate the skin and soothe the area under the eyes. It also works as a great toner.

Method of preparation and use:

  • Soak a cotton piece in rose water for a few minutes, then place it on the eyes and leave it for 15 minutes, repeat this twice a day for several weeks to obtain the desired results.
