There are many easy natural recipes that help to tighten the skin and prevent its sagginess. Here we mention some of them:


Bananas contain many nutrients that tighten the skin and protect it from sagging, such as zinc, vitamin A, vitamin C, and D, and many more. It also helps to moisturize it, which contributes to maintaining its elasticity and tightness.


  • One banana.
  • A few drops of lemon juice (optional).

How to prepare:

  1. Mash the banana well so that no lumps remain in it, and add lemon juice as desired.
  2. Place the mashed banana on the skin, and leave it on for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash the skin thoroughly with water.
  4. Repeat this recipe twice a week.

Coconut Oil For Skin Tightening

How to prepare:

  1. Apply coconut oil to the skin, and massage it well, in circular motions, towards the top for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Leave the over the skin all night, and wash it off in the morning.
  3. Repeat this recipe once a day.

Egg White With Honey For Skin Tightening

This recipe contains one of the most well-known ingredients regarding the topic of skin tightening, egg white, which helps to replenish the skin cells, and contributes to increasing their elasticity, thanks to the fact that it contains albumin protein in large quantities, this protein contributes to protecting the skin from sagging and wrinkles appearance.

As for honey, it helps to renew the skin cells permanently, providing them with the ability to keep moisture in them for a long time, and this supports their elasticity as well, and makes them tight and youthful.


  • One egg white.
  • Two tablespoons of honey.

How to prepare:

  1. Mix the above ingredients together well.
  2. Apply the mixture to the skin, and leave it on for up to 15 minutes.
  3. Wash the skin thoroughly with water.
  4. Repeat this recipe three times a month.
