  • Every morning, drink a cup of grape, orange or carrot juice, which equals 140 calories. Grapes are preferred because it supplies the body with the minerals and vitamins it needs. 

  • Eat ten grains of apples (500 calories), ten medium cucumbers (100 calories), and five grains of tomatoes (100 calories) throughout the day in batches. 

  • During lunch, you have to eat a piece of grilled chicken without the outer skin (250 calories).

  • Every evening, drink a hot cup of chamomile tea as it helps treat digestive disorders.

Note: It is not permissible to follow this diet for more than a month. Make sure to have a week of rest where you can eat what you want and then start over the diet.
